Founder
Atulya Mathur is the Founder of the Dishamanthan Research Forum (DRF), a research and dialogue platform focused on international relations, global governance, and public policy.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Wroclaw and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His work involves engaging with think tanks, universities, and policy forums in India and abroad. Through DRF, he aims to create an open, collaborative space—particularly for younger researchers and voices beyond major metropolitan centres—to engage thoughtfully with global affairs.
